Leadership

A career built on
high-stakes decisions

Nicolas Forzy brings over 30 years of front-line experience across four demanding disciplines: management consulting at McKinsey, investment banking at JPMorganChase, military leadership in the French Army, and startup experience in the UAE, the UK and France. This rare combination gives him a complete view of how organisations create value: from team dynamics and strategy through to operational excellence and communication.

Nicolas has advised companies at every phase of the growth curve, from early-stage ventures mapping their first go-to-market to multinational corporates reconfiguring their leadership teams. His work has spanned financial services, media, technology, and professional services.

At Malakai Consulting Group, Nicolas leads a focused practice built around three questions every ambitious organisation must answer: Are your people and structure fit for purpose? Can you tell your story clearly enough to win? Is your strategy aligned with your objectives to deliver success?

Proprietary Tool

Intelligence
Index

Intelligence Index is a diagnostic tool that maps information flows within your organisation. Using an anonymous employee survey, it assesses how information moves vertically between management and teams, horizontally within and across departments, and diagonally between teams, support functions, clients, and vendors.

Each flow is measured across four dimensions: speed, accuracy, accessibility, and engagement. Questions combine a Likert scale for quantitative scoring with optional free-text responses for qualitative depth. Results are delivered through a series of interactive dashboards that pinpoint bottlenecks, surface hidden inefficiencies, and provide actionable solutions to improve productivity.

The Intelligence Index gives leadership a unique, evidence-based view of how their organisation actually communicates, and how to optimise the circulation of information across their teams.

Lite Version
12 Questions

A rapid diagnostic covering all three flow directions. Ideal for a fast read of your organisation's communication health and a first step toward targeted improvements.

Deep Version
60+ Questions

A comprehensive analysis delivering granular insight across all flow types and dimensions. Results presented in a full dashboard suite with prioritised, actionable recommendations.
